Pokémon Day

Pokémon Day is an annual celebration on 27th February, on this day in Japan in 1996 the first Pokémon video games, Pokémon Red and Green was launched. Happy Birthday Pokémon!

In celebration of #PokemonDay, The City of Palmerston Library invites Pokémon Trainers young and old to participate in a Pokémon Scavenger hunt.

Collect your Pokédex from the front counter and follow the clues to find the Pokémon. Bring back your completed Pokédex to go into the draw to win Pokémon prizes!
