Hi! I am Elleni and I am a Darwin born Mum and dietitian that has a special interest and training in paediatric nutrition. I have three beautiful children of my own and an incredibly supportive husband, Jerome, who is also Darwin born and works as a Doctor in the Northern Territory.
I am also the proud owner and founder of Baby Gains! Baby Gains is Darwin’s only frozen baby food provider. Baby Gains came to life in 2020, after our second child, Sebastian, was born.

Baby Gains is designed, cooked and created in the Northern Territory by a local Doctor & Dietitian team. We have your best interests in mind, giving you more time with your bub and less time cleaning the kitchen!
Baby gains was created to help busy families in Darwin by taking the pressure off making baby food on those busy days while still providing optimal nourishment and nutritional gain for your little ones.
Nourishing our children from young is so important and while I am a huge advocate for home-cooking, I like to consider myself a realistic dietitian and understand that us parents need some help sometimes too. Baby Gains is a healthy alternative for busy families that might need that little bit of help to reduce some of the pressure at meal times, all while giving your baby the right type of gains.
Ready for your journey to solids? You’ve come to the right place! We have baby food including smooth purees like pumping greens, fruitylicious and bright delight for those babies just starting solids. To our soft and lumpy meals for those onto the next stage of solids. We currently stock Shepherds pie, Mediterranean lentils, Red salmon with apricot and Italian chicken with orzo. Order your baby gains by Sunday midnight for Thursday delivery. Our finger food range is coming soon!
