TIMELINE FOR THE EVENING:
6:00pm – Arrive and sign in
6:00pm – Sausage sizzle, drinks & ice cream available for purchase
6:45pm – Welcome and housekeeping/ rules
7:00pm – Toad busting starts
8:15pm – All meet back at Main Station for toad count
9:00pm – Event finishes
