International Women's Day Walk and Celebrations

Head down to Civic Park (Harry Chan Avenue, Darwin CBD) on Saturday 6 March 2021 and join in The International Women’s Day Walk and Celebrations!

International Women’s Day is a time to reflect on progress, to call for change and to celebrate the courage and achievements of the women who changed history, and those who will advance gender equality into the future.

This a free community event. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Wear purple and bring your banners, hat and BYO water bottle!

Gather in the Civic Centre courtyard

Short walk through the city centre including the Mall
