Gardens for Wildlife – East Point Biodiversity Walk
When: Saturday 2 May | 8:30 – 10:30am (walks starts at 8:45am)
Where: Meet at the start of the Monsoon Forest Trail, East Point Reserve (here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4idGKnPX9tupU8uM9).
What: Join us for a morning walk through the East Point Monsoon Forest. Led by Tissa Ratnayeke – an experienced wildlife photographer, nature guide, and active member of the NT Field Naturalists’ Club https://www.facebook.com/groups/ntfieldnaturalistsclub/ – we’ll explore the fascinating biodiversity of our local environment, learning all about the unique fauna, including insects and birds, as well as the plants that we spot along the way!

What to bring: Hat, water and sunscreen. Biting insects may be present so consider repellent and/or covering up. The walking trail is approx. 2.5km of easy, well-maintained track.
