Free Play Based Kids Athletics program for 4-12yr olds.
It is an introduction to a range of play and experiential learning activities for all abilities, that involve maximum participation for all participants.
Participants will learn the fundamental skills of run, jump and throw using modified equipment. The program aims to increase participation, support the next generation of healthy, active and sport loving children.
The key concept is fun and keeping kids moving, whilst promoting the values of effort, mutual respect within a team, responsibility and autonomy.
