One of Darwin’s oldest established playgrounds, this is one is great one for families to visit. Humpty Doo Village Green playground is fully fenced which gives parents peace of mind when visiting with lots of children, especially little ones that like to wander and explore.
There is big kids playground with slides, swings and a old style flying fox and other climbing activities all over a sand pit area. This playground has great shade including shade sails and also lots of trees.
Grassed areas as well as seating tables with BBQ facilities also available so perfect for a kids party, picnic or family outing.
There is also a smaller playground which caters for the smaller toddlers/babies which is also shaded. There is a toilet block and skate park next door for the bigger kids to enjoy.
