My passion is helping women achieve their weight loss and fitness goals through healthy diet and exercise.
I run a group fitness business in a fun and encouraging environment with like minded women who love to support other women.
I run various classes including functional circuit, Metafit, Super sets, Metpwr, Boot camp and Abs and Arms. Classes are 6.15pm to 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings 8.30-9.30am and 9.45-10.30am. Check out my Facebook for my latest timetable.
